Mae gan Sesiwn dros Gymru bleser mawr wrth gyflwyno cyfres o weithdai yn rhan o Ŵyl Tegeingl eleni, i roi cyfle i bawb sydd yn dod i'r Ŵyl gyfle i ddysgu rhan o'n hetifeddiaeth gerddorol i sicrhau ein bod yn cadw'n traddodiad yn fyw.
Cynllun cenedlaethol Clera yw Sesiwn dros Gymru i hyrwyddo'n cerddoriaeth draddodiadol wrth i WOMEX 2013 agosáu, gyda chefnogaeth Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru, Llywodraeth Cymru a'r Loteri Genedlaethol.

Sesiwn dros Gymru is delighted to present a series of workshops at Tegeingl this year, to give everyone who comes to the festival the opportunity to learn a part of our musical heritage to ensure that we keep it as a living thing.
Sesiwn dros Gymru is Clera's national scheme to promote Welsh traditional music as we approach WOMEX 2013 and is supported by the Wales Arts Council, the Welsh Government and the National Lottery.

Mae gan Dave dros 35 mlynedd o brofiad gyda cherddoriaeth a dawns werin fel galwr, cerddor ac arweinydd band.
Mae wedi gweithio gyda bandiau dawnsio gwerin amrywiol, yn enwedig y Village Band o swydd Derby ac mae wedi bod yn diwtor ac arweinydd am nifer o gyrsiau bandiau gwerin a phrojectau.
Mae ei hoffedd o gerddoriaeth werin Gymreig wedi cynyddu'n gyson ers iddo symud yn 2004 i ardal Caer ac mae'n ymfalchïo wrth ddysgu'r alawon ac ysbrydoli eraill.

Dave has over 35 years' experience in traditional music and dance as a caller, musician and bandleader.
He has worked with various traditional dance bands, particularly the Derbyshire-based Village Band and has been a tutor and leader for a number of folk band courses and projects.
He has developed a growing passion for Welsh traditional music since moving in 2004 to the Chester area and delights in teaching the tunes engagingly to others.

Mae'n aelod o Calan (gyda'r ffidil, chwibanogl, pibau a'r pibgorn), cerddorfa werin Y Glerorfa, Band Pres Porthaethwy (ar y trombôn), Cerddorfa Genedlaethol Ieuenctid Cymru, Opra Cymru, a mwy...!

Patrick Rimes is a multi-talented young musician from Gerlan, Bethesda currently studying music at Leeds University where he is the University Orchestra's conductor.
He is a member of the folk super-group Calan (on fiddle, pibgorn, whistle and pipes), Y Glerorfa, Menai Bridge Brass Band (on trombone), the Welsh National Youth Orchestra, Opra Cymru, and more...!
He will show his class how to put life and feeling into playing a traditional tune.

Ers 1983, mae Robin Huw Bowen wedi arwain achos y Delyn Deires, a chyflwyno cerddoriaeth Gymreig i filoedd led-led y byd.
Mae'i weledigaeth amhrisiadwy o ymchwilio a chyhoeddi hen alawon Cymreig coll hefyd wedi ysbrydoli chwaraewyr alawon gwerin, yn enwedig yng Nghymru.
Mae ei ganu ysbrydoledig yn ailgynnau gwir enaid y gerddoriaeth a'i chyfleu i'r gwrandawyr fel peth byw ac mae ei dosbarthiadau yn cyfleu hyn i'w dddisgyblion.
Bydd y dosbarth hwn o les i unrhyw delynor sydd wedi canu'r delyn am flwyddyn neu fwy.

Robin Huw Bowen has championed the Welsh Triple Harp since 1983, introducing Welsh music to thousands all over the world.
His visionary work of researching and publishing old lost Welsh melodies has been inspirational to folk musicians, especially in Wales.
His inspired playing rekindles the very soul of the music and delivers it as a living entity, a talent which he freely shares with the puplis in his classes .
Any harpist with a year or more of experience in playing the harp will benefit from this class.

Mae Andy yn ffliwtydd a chwaraeydd pibgorn neilltuol a chanddo ddealltwriaeth eang o gerddoriaeth draddodiadol Gymreig.
Mae'n chwarae gyda Crasdant, Y Glerorfa ac bydd yn perfformio gyda Stephen Rees yng Ngŵyl Tegeingl eleni.
Bydd Andy yn dangos sut mae sicrhau bod yr ysbryd cael ei gyflwyno wrth ddysgu alaw draddodiadol ac yn cynnig cyngor i chwaraewyr ymarferol i chwaraewyr offerynnau chwyth.

Andy is an outstanding flautist with very wide knowledge and understanding of Welsh tradtitional music.
He is a champion of the traditional Welsh Pibgorn (horn-pipe).
He plays with Crasdant, Y Glerorfa and is playing with Stephen Rees at this year's Tegeingl.
Andy will show how to ensure that the spirit of a traditional tune emerges and will offer practical advice to wind players.

Mae'n flynyddoedd ers i Gary ddod i Gymru i fyw yn Nolanog a dros y cyfnod hynny mae wedi datblygu hoffter am ein cerddoriaeth draddodiadol a'r dull traddodiadol o ddysgu trwy'r glust.
Mae wedi chwarae gyda nifer o grwpiau a bandiau twmpath ac wedi calonogi chwaraewyr newydd yn ei ardal ac yn ehangach drwy ei glwb alawon.
Ni fedr yr alawon mae'n chwarae ar ei felodeon fethu annog dysgwyr i ymuno â'r sesiwn yma ar gyfer chwaraewyr llai profiadol.

Gary Northeast settled in Wales many years ago in Dolanog in North Powys; over that period he has developed a love for Welsh traditional music and the traditional approach to learning music by ear.
He has played with a number of groups and twmpath bands and encouraged new players in the local area through his tune club.
His lively melodeon playing cannot fail to encourage learners to join in and play in this slow session where he will be teaching some easy tunes to less experienced players.

Mae Jem wedi chwarae Cerddoriaeth draddodiadol Gymreig a Gwyddelig er y 1970au, gan arbenigo ar y ffliwt a'r chwibanogl a hefyd y pibgorn.
Mae'n aelod aml-bresennol o'r Glerorfa, ac yn chwarae i ddawnswyr ac yn chwaraewr brwd mewn sesiynau Cymreig a Gwyddelig.
Mae ganddo lawer o brofiad yn tiwtora ac arwain gweithdai a bydd yn dysgu sut i gyflwyno ysbryd alawon Cymreig, gyda chyngor ar gyfer chwaraewyr chwythbrennau.

Primarily a flute and whistle player, latterly also playing pibgorn, Jem has been involved in both Irish and Welsh Traditional Music since the late 1970s.
He is an ever-present member of Y Glerorfa, has often played for dancers. and is a regular “sessioneer” at both Welsh and Irish sessions.
He is an experienced tutor, workshop leader and performer and will be teaching how to play Welsh tunes with feeling, with practical advice for wind players.

Mae Gwenno yn ffidlwraig ifanc, dalentog sydd wedi astudio cerddoriaeth a'r ffidil ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd a fydd yn dechrau gradd Meistr mewn perfformio cerddoriaeth ym Mhrifysgol Bangor eleni.
Tra yng Nghaerdydd, arweinodd Cerddorfa'r Brifysgol ac mae hi'n arwain ffidils  Y Glerorfa ar hyn o bryd ac yn chwarae gyda nifer o fandiau.
Yn eu dosbarth, bydd, Gwenno'n dysgu detholiad o alawon Cymreig, gan ddangos sut i'w brawddegu'n effeithiol, ac yn rhoi cyngor ymarferol i ffidlwyr.

Gwenno is a talented young fiddler who has studied music and the violin at Cardiff University and begins a master's degree in music performance at Bangor University this autumn.
Whilst at Cardiff she was the leader of the University orchestra and currently leads the fiddles in Y Glerorfa and plays in a number of bands.
In her class, Gwenno will teach some traditional Welsh tunes, showing how to phrase them and will give practical advice to fiddlers.
